We stand by the quality of Verihuman. If you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a **30-day money-back guarantee** for your initial subscription purchase.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment date.
- Your usage during the 30-day period must not exceed 5,000 words humanized/processed.
- The request must be for the initial purchase (renewals are generally non-refundable).
3. Non-Refundable Items
Payments made for custom enterprise plans or API credits beyond the standard subscription tiers are non-refundable. Additionally, accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
