By accessing or using Verihuman (a product of CyberCraft), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Verihuman provides AI detection, text humanization, and marketing copy generation tools. These services are provided "as is" and are subject to change or updates without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any associated API keys. CyberCraft cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Acceptable Usage Policy
You agree not to use Verihuman for generating spam, deceptive content, or any material that violates local or international laws. Automated scraping of our interface or API without a valid subscription is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
The technology, software, and branding of Verihuman are the exclusive property of CyberCraft. You retain ownership of the content you input and the generated output, subject to your compliance with these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CyberCraft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction in which CyberCraft is registered.
